Collecting and buying your wristband on the day:
If you have pre bought your ticket, you’ll need to bring your booking confirmation to our Wristband Exchange point and swap it for an event wristband.
If you need to buy a wristband on the day you can also do this from wristband exchange.
The exchange point is at 55 lime street which is across the road from Seven Stories Children’s book centre (just along from The Cluny). It will open at 2pm and close at 9pm (please note that you won't be able to collect your wristband after 9pm!)

When is Evolution Emerging?
Evolution Emerging 2017 takes place on Saturday 27th May across 10+ venues in the Ouseburn Valley, Newcastle.
The event takes place from 4pm-2am (including Official Aftershow). Wristband Exchange/Ticket Sales Point is open from 2pm-9.30pm (see ‘Collecting Wristbands’)
Where is Evolution Emerging?
Evolution Emerging takes place across 10 venues in the Ouseburn Valley, Newcastle:
The Cluny, Cluny 2, The Tyne Bar, Cobalt, The Cumberland Arms, The Tanners, Little Buildings, Ernest and a few more TBC
Why do I need a ticket or wristband?
Entry to all Evolution Emerging 2017 venues is wristband only. There are no individual venue tickets. No wristband no entry.
Advance tickets can be bought from the ticket menu on this site or from The Cluny. Alternatively, you can risk buying a wristband from wristband exchange on the day of the event. Tickets must be exchanged for wristbands on the day/night of the event at our Wristband Exchange Point (see ‘Collecting Wristbands’ below).
Will I get to see all 40+ artists?
Evolution Emerging is a multi-venue event. At any one time, 10 artists may be playing across our venues. Your wristband allows you to ‘venue-crawl’ and see as much music as possible and we stagger sets across venues to allow that. Please be warned that entry to venues and sets is on a first come first served basis. Entry to venues is not guaranteed. In the event that venues hit capacity, a one-in-one-out policy will be adopted. If you are keen to see a particular artist, ClashCheckers will be uploaded in advance of the event and on the night and we advise you to arrive at the venue early enough to see the artist you want to see.
Why are venues 18+?
Evolution Emerging takes place mostly in pub venues or venues serving alcohol. We have therefore taken the decision to enforce an 18+ policy across all 10 venues.
Can I buy a ticket to individual gigs or performances?
Entry to all Evolution Emerging 2016 venues is wristband only and wristbands get you in to all 10 venues. There are no individual venue tickets. No wristband no entry.
